Eligibility

  • Ability to adequately fund for self-insured retained losses
  • Ability to provide collateral (LOC) for large deductible option
  • Strong risk management programs in place

Submission Requirements

  • Completed ACORD application
  • Five years of currently valued company loss runs
  • Five years of sales history and payroll
  • Two years of audited financial statements with auditor notes and current interim financials
  • Program is available in all states.

Coverages and exclusions differ by carrier and by state. Specific concerns can be discussed with an underwriter.
